CLOUD9RICH POLICY *please read before booking*

• All treatments and training courses must be booked in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from the final payment. 
• All payments are non- refundable.
• Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling and loss of deposit.

• Incase of an emergency cancellation or reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations will loose any payment made.

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments.
• Valid ID may be required.
• We accept bank transfer, and cash payments.

• Full payment is due at the time of treatment or training and you may be asked to pay before we start the treatment. 

• We do not offer refunds on treatments, services, or training courses once completed.
• If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please speak to us directly and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during your consultation.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.
• Full payment or a deposit is required to secure a place on any course.
• Course deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with at least 14 days notice.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and assessment and are not guaranteed. Your work will be assessed. 
• Rental space is available at daily rates with no minimum days
• All renters must hold valid insurance and qualifications relevant to the services they are offering.
• You must be respectful while using the rental space and you will be charged for any damage. Incase of refusal, it will be taken further and police will be contacted. 

• We maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services or training.
• No smoking, drinking or drugs to be consumed in the building. 
• Rental space is strictly for professional purpose use for you and your clients. No friends and partners to be invited while using the space as this may lead to termination.
